Postgres vs SQLite for a 100k-user SaaS in 2026?

Litestream + replication is mature now. Anyone running SQLite in production at this scale and regretting it? Or the opposite?

100k users at SQLite is fine if you're read-heavy. Once writes spike or you need analytical queries, Postgres pays back fast.
